These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you access the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Northbridge connects international students with employers to facilitate job opportunities, networking, and career growth. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you post and for all actions you take on the Platform.
Northbridge facilitates connections between international students and employers but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment, internships, offers, or interviews. All hiring decisions are made solely by employers, and the Platform is provided as a networking and job-posting tool only.
Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Northbridge is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
Account Termination: Northbridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
You agree not to:
User-Generated Content: Users may post content, such as resumes, job listings, and messages. You retain ownership of your content but grant Northbridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the scope of the Platform.
Content Monitoring: Northbridge reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Northbridge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
License to Use: Northbridge grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Termination by Northbridge: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Investigation of Violations: Northbridge reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms.
Enforcement Actions: We may take actions to enforce these Terms, including but not limited to:
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Northbridge provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, Northbridge shall not be liable for:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Northbridge is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting updates on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Northbridge regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Some features are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current period. Ensure cancellations are completed before renewal to avoid additional charges.
All payments made to Northbridge are non-refundable except where required by law. This includes situations where a user fails to cancel before renewal. Review your subscription details and cancellation deadlines carefully. By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge responsibility for all charges incurred; refunds are not issued for unused time, partial periods, or accidental renewals.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting Northbridge to resolve the issue, we may suspend or terminate your account. Fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks may be contested and could result in recovery of associated fees, costs, and damages.
